We are still fishing offshore. There is some steelhead action from the surface to 40'down. The surface temperature is from 57.0 shoreline to 49.0 offshore. There are brown trout near shore, but the water is clear and you can't trick them in that water. The baitfish in their stomachs is sticklebacks and alewifes.
