May 06th, 2002.....The shoreline temperature is 48.0
degrees. Baitfish are starting to move into the area,
Alwifes, The brown trout are showing signs of large bait in their stomachs. It's time to switch to spoons
and start pulling less stickbaits. Offshore no thermal
cline has set up. We are just picking a few steelhead.
No Cohos in the past week of fishing. There are a few lake trout being taken from 125-200' of water. If you go to my current news page of my site there are some photos of brown trout from 10-16.8 lbs.
Keep the boats tuned up because the weather will keep getting better!!!!!!!
Good Luck and remember to bring the wife and Kids out for a great day of Lake Ontario.
