| I just came back from the river . The only fish being caught were up at the west side spillway . The water is barely flowing alot of fish are traped in holes . I saw to many illegal tactics being used . Don't fishermen realize , Shure these fish die after they spawn . At least give them a chance to spawn first . This is why everyone I talk to are complaining about , why the numbers are way down . PLEASE let these fish spawn first ,then you can snag the hell out of them as far as I'm concerned Dave T |
