We are still fishing for Salmon in 100-150' off
of Port Bay. The bait and fish are still from 65-
to 115' down. Cut-bait and Northern King spoons
are still what most the guides from the area are
trolling with. Brown trout, steelheads, and Kings
are still active. The derby winning salmon was
taken just East of Port Bay, so have plenty of
good monofiliment spooled up on your reels.
The smallmouth fishing is still excellent, working
from 18-35'. Now that crawfish are becoming harder
to buy, think of gearing up to minnow's.
good luck this weekend, don't forget that your kids need a break from studying their homework,
bring them along!!!!!!!
