Port Bay/ Central Lake Ontario...... Hot one day
cold the next. We get a pattern down for taking some nice Chinook salmon, feeding on Northern King spoons and Cut-Bait, and the next trip out
everything is gone. Bait and hungry fish are gone
from the screen, So then we go searching again.
This seems to be the census for the area from Sodus Bay to Oswego... There are some nice fish being taken, Steelheads, Browns, Coho's and Chinooks. The fall derby has started so alot of
fishermen are covering the Lake. The weather has
been in our favor, to work the lake.By checking out the photo pages of different guides including
myself. You will see payoff for fishing Lake Ontario. Also in one of the photo's is a catch of
smallmouth bass, great fighting fish, and excellent on the table..
So come enjoy the tail end of summer and take home
some great memories.
