Well today the lake is unfishable, with a Northwest cold front pushing threw, packing winds of about 20-25 miles per hour. But this should put
the salmon fishing together. As of our last update we are still fishing the 75-150' of water.
The brown trout and a few rainbows have been taken. We haven't had much N/NW winds this season so this could be what the "fishing Gods" have ordered to put things together! For smallmouth bass this wind will roll the shoreline over and clear all the moss from the rocks, and make the bass fishing better.
Well, get your land chores done today, and get ready to fish after the winds settle down.
Capt. Frank and Charles DeNoto
